Elsie shrugged, "Perhaps kick some butt. Not sure who's but, I've got time to decide."

'I hope it's not mine...' Caine thought. He shook his head slightly and stopped leaning, turning away from her. "I'm obviously not welcome to you, so I guess I'll be the one too leave."

OOC: I figured as much =3

"Actually, we mus both run. Unless of course you want to be taken by the guy who was following me," Elsie said taking off running into the forest.

Caine watched Elsie run off with a sigh. 'Might as well...' he followed after, keeping a few feet behind. He wasn't afraid, not at all, but he thought he might be able to get some amusement out of this somehow.

"Caine! Look out!" Elsie shouted as the person behind them pulled out a gun, "Come on!!!!!"

Caine quickly turned and put a bullet through their attacker's skull, watching as he fell to the ground and a puddle of blood formed around his head. He 'tch'ed and put the gun away, turning away from his handiwork. "Is that all?"

Elsie threw hands up, "Now why the h*ll had I not thought of that earlier!" she exclaimed. She sighed and smiled at Caine, "Can't believe I'm saying this, but thanks."

"Don't mention it, Elsie." Caine offered a polite smile; Might as well be nice while she wasn't trying to kill him. Maybe he'd get on her good side and, if so, make thing easier for him.

Elsie shrugged and smiled at him, "So anyways, what are you doing out here?"

"Oh, nothing. Just kinda hanging around, ya know?" Caine wasn't lying; He'd just been leaning against a tree before Elsie arrived. No reason for guilt.

"Okay, and no convictions or anything. But is there a reason for you hanging around in the woods near Lunar's home? Yes, I know it's creepy that I know where she lives but that's beside the point!" Else said.

Caine shoved his hands into his pockets, leaning against another tree. He turned his head down a bit before saying, "No comment."

"Alright then...." For once Elsie seemed lost for words. "Now what?"

"I don't know; What I do know is that Jae and Lunar might be getting a little too friendly, being alone in her room." Caine chuckled a bit. "You need to keep control of your partner a bit more, don't you think? They are a little young; Wouldn't you agree~?"

"He's not my partner genius. And he can do whatever he wants and I could care less. As long as she's fine with it then so am I. Jae has a good head on his shoulders, if she says no, he won't try." Elsie said firmly.

"Hm. I thought you might've had a thing for that boy; I suppose not." Caine looked up at the sky, realizing the sun was setting, turning the sky a dark blue color with purple tinting the horizon. "I wonder, sometimes..." he murmured, mostly to himself, and his voice trailed off into thought.

"You do realize he's my cousin? Right?" Elsie asked horrified at the notion that others thought she had a 'Thing' for her cousin...

Caine was silent for a few moments longer before shaking his head a bit and turning back to Elsie. "I'm sorry; You were saying?"

"I don't have 'Thing' for my cousin. Just to let you know." Elsie smiled, "But I guess people with wandering minds can't hear a word I say..."

"Sorry." Caine chuckled. "I didn't know he was your cousin."

OOC: ever play "Portal"?

"True, we nothing alike..." Elsie pondered the thought for a moment. "Who knows?"

IC: "Ah well." Caine shrugged and began walking away; He had no reason to stay. "Good bye; Nice talking with you, I guess." he was as he began walking away.

"I'll see you at school, bye!" Elsie said as she started walking back to her house.
